Guilty Party Mysteries We are a murder mystery service. We bring interactive events to different venues (“Venues”). We also sell original murder mystery stories (“Murder Mystery Packages”) directly to consumers.

Guilty Party Mysteries Services are not designed for people under the age of 18. Therefore, Guilty Party Mysteries  does not knowingly collect or request any information from minors or allow minors to use our Services. Guilty Party Mysteries will delete that infromat from our database accordingly.

To Provide the Service and Respond to Requests

Therefore, if you provide Personal Data for a certain reason, we may then use that Personal Data for the reason it was provided. For example, if you provide us Your Personal Data to access our Services, we will use Your Data for reasons including, but not limited to, maintaining your account and contacting you regarding your use of Our Services.
